At East Soul Food, we're not just a restaurant; we're a storyteller, a curator of traditions, and a bridge between cultures. Our passion for African cuisine sparked the idea in 2020, and today, it has blossomed into a haven for food enthusiasts seeking more than just a meal.

OUR MENUS

Tapioca, made out of cassava; prepared with palm oil and some locally made spices. Garnished with some vegetables and a choice of meat or fish.

Our signature naija salad is a combination of freshly cut and diced vegetables like cabbage, lettuce, and carrots. Garnished with baked beans, boiled eggs and a special salad dressing by Heinz.

Delicious beans pudding made out of local beans from Nigeria. Can be plain or enhanced with some eggs and fish.

Delicious Bitterleaf soup with dry fish, stock fish, and coco yam paste. With a special flavorful spice(ogiri)

Our Jollof rice is a proper naija delicacy made with parboiled rice mixed is a tomato sauce with special spices. It can be paired with any protein of your choice, beef, goat meat, chicken or fish

Ukwa, also known as breadfruit is a tasty meal made from a special seed from Africa. It is popularly known to be paired with mackerel fish, but can also be paired with beef, or chicken
